guarantees will not be honored this is another issue that many consumers are facing,they will ask for all types of videos of the fault and for the product to be repaired locally logically this will need to be payed out of the purchaser pocket raising the products cost which could be of a significant amount of money and also depending whether or not if it can be repaired(that is one part of the scam)and the other part of the scam is that they claim to give the money back if the product is sent back at the purchasers cost to China where they know that in many cases the delivery cost costs more than what the product actually costs and could prove to be prohibitive but neither the product or delivery costs are refunded back so they've stayed with the product and the whole payment(which is the cost of the product plus the delivery cost)this means 0 refund

selling products "as is" with no testing whatsoever for any possible defects or for any possible hazards,these are products which cannot be used outside of mainland china and are also illegal to sell outside of mainland china as they do not conform to the specifications for use in other countries(voltages vary from country to country)so this must be checked with the manufacturer before purchasing them,in other words many errors which they seem not to be rectifying

caveat emptor(let the buyer beware)the buyer assumes the risk that a product may fail to meet expectations or have defects when buying from them as the product is sold as is without any testing whatsoever or without checking if it is going to be suitable for the buyer or not before actually dispatching it out

satisfaction is not guaranteed especially when making so many mistakes on purpose and raising so many complaints among consumers and buyers alike,many buyers and consumers are complaining about not receiving their orders correctly/delivered to wrong address/marked as delivered when nothing has been received/and refunds so it raises many questions about the integrity of this platform and the seriousness of it's employees.In my humble opinion they do not deserve to be given even a single chance as they will mix things up and being sorry and apologizing for the inconveniences caused when in fact they are not even sorry at all,it is demonstrated that the only thing that they will deliver "is a lip service"just to shut mouths up and nothing else

a complete mess messing up orders all the time nothing will turn up correctly also they will act as if they do not understand English Language which is one of the main tactics used by these charlatans,what do you expect from China?this is a trending topping question which many people seem to be asking,the truth of the fact is that you cannot expect them to be 100% perfect but committing many mistakes is another subject,mistakes which have been committed in purpose to make things more difficult for buyers and consumers alike because they do not seem to be understanding even a single thing of what is being asked(going round in circles without ever resolving anything)the main problem is their wages and working under extreme pressure but nobody is to pay for this??buyers and consumers expect to receive what has been paid for and not something entirely different because they seem not to be paying any attention to the order details this is why they mess everything up constantly

support is not available just acting as if they were there but the truth of the fact is that they waste everybody's time by going round in circles that is the only thing that they know how to do many promises that are simply not kept this is commonly known as "a lip service"only by word of mouth as nothing really gets done and oh!! another thing!!what is been advertised will never ever be in stock as they never place orders with their suppliers meaning that when an order goes through it is never acted upon that is why they play the trick of "bait and switch"because instead of passing the order through their suppliers they send whatever they have available not giving time to cancel the order for a refund(as refunds are never ever executed in the first place)that is why refunds never appear back in the customer's bank accounts(they are very quick to take the payment)once they take the payment this is where problems begin one on top of the other with no means to resolve anything

The prices in this shop are fine, but the warranty or refund are tricky, the support are not much for customer, they offer funny price refund, like i got small refund, and after i saw that all 3pcs of products have the same fault, they just start to ignore, and totally doesn't care about customer. To get invoice its also hard job, they send it totally wrong, with different date and products. So im sad that they doesn't respect customers and can't solve anything right. And even ask to leave positive feedback for 3usd coupon... I can't do that till you not satisfy customers. And trick them with low refund amount, and ignore them. And it happen again, i got 5 lawn mowers which 2 of them have problem with batteries, and one with charger, they offer 12USD refund, instead send the replacement parts. For one i paid 44USD, so its totally funny and awfull.
