buyer protection is a gimmick and it is not available,they will promise a refund but this will never happen as the monies will never be returned back to the customer's bank account so please beware

they will simply NOT RETURN BACK the money to the customer,customer's are urged to contact their respective banks in order to get their monies back,very dangerous website to order from,NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL

People beware. Once they have your money, their "Customer Service" is horrible. The item I bought is not working and they refuse to take it back and refund me. I will never buy from them again and advise everyone to stay away........

I did not order at TomTop, but at Cafago ... but is the same company - the site is completely copied. At both you can say so far: If your product is not damaged or it is not defective after 3 months, you have no problem here. But as soon as a complaint is due, you will sell you as a departure, always have new apologies and even try to lay down. Fortunately, I paid PayPal, now has to send a toilet seat to China at your own expense. He will not arrive either, as it is supposed to go to Hong Kong ... but you write Xiangang, CN ...- also the postal code is wrong. What will happen: It does not happen ... and Cafago says you determine the rules: "1. The Cost of Return Demand to Cover by Yourself. Need to Select The Post Office with Tracking Number. 2. Packaging Items Need Original. 3. After Receiving the Package, We Will Refund You As Soon As Possible. 4. IF YOU SEND, PLEASE CONTACT ME AGAIN AND SUPPLY THE TRACKING NUMBER. IF You Agree With Those Points, We want Send You to Address. Please Let Us Know Your Final Decision. " I Have Already Exchanged Doats of Emails With Them, Their Target Is Just Wooring Time ... Until You Give Up. Luckily PayPal Just Needs A Proof That Is What Send To The Address They Gave ... Then i Get My Money Back. Please be everyone warned. Read The Reviews of Those Who Have Warranty Issues .... It Is Repeating Itself. This Chinese Company Doesn't Expect Anyone Claiming What they Received ... and they do not want to refund you or Repair.
