“I did not order at TomTop, but at Cafago ... but is the same company - the site is completely copied. At both you can say so far: If your product is not damaged or it is not defective after 3 months, you have no problem here. But as soon as a complaint is due, you will sell you as a departure, always have new apologies and even try to lay down. Fortunately, I paid PayPal, now has to send a toilet seat to China at your own expense. He will not arrive either, as it is supposed to go to Hong Kong ... but you write Xiangang, CN ...- also the postal code is wrong. What will happen: It does not happen ... and Cafago says you determine the rules: "1. The Cost of Return Demand to Cover by Yourself. Need to Select The Post Office with Tracking Number. 2. Packaging Items Need Original. 3. After Receiving the Package, We Will Refund You As Soon As Possible. 4. IF YOU SEND, PLEASE CONTACT ME AGAIN AND SUPPLY THE TRACKING NUMBER. IF You Agree With Those Points, We want Send You to Address. Please Let Us Know Your Final Decision. " I Have Already Exchanged Doats of Emails With Them, Their Target Is Just Wooring Time ... Until You Give Up. Luckily PayPal Just Needs A Proof That Is What Send To The Address They Gave ... Then i Get My Money Back. Please be everyone warned. Read The Reviews of Those Who Have Warranty Issues .... It Is Repeating Itself. This Chinese Company Doesn't Expect Anyone Claiming What they Received ... and they do not want to refund you or Repair.”

“This is just a scam site. Don't spend money here. I spent $40 on a product plus $8 in shipping and they sent me something completely different that was worth maybe $1. I opened a PayPal dispute and spent some time arguing with the seller and they only ended up offering a $26 refund. After escalating the dispute, PayPal closed the case in my favor and I got a full refund through them. If I wouldn't have used PayPal, I wouldn't have been refunded at all.”

“Terrible experience with this place. A great looking deal on Yahoo Ads so maybe now can't trust Yahoo either. Ordered 3 weeks ago and numerous email inquiries regarding shipment and still nothing. I am reporting FRAUD at PayPal and demanding a full refund. Wish I could bill them for wasted time and energy. Of course, I wished I found this reviews website to begin with. Would not order had I known. Do yourself a favor and don't deal with these Made in China POS.”

“Worst experience I ever had Bought item broken they refused to replace stating item not made any longer which is a lie Then ask for repair quote when that was too much they refused to pay that. These guys are dirtbags”

“Sons birthday present has been delivered wrong, I have not received this. Tomtop refusing to replace or refund. They asked me to prove I hadn't received it - how do you do that? Awful customer service, feel like i've been robbed”

“Received the battery mini chainsaw. One battery is defective but they refused to replace even though the battery/product is still under warranty. They kept asking me to send a video, just a fob off. Will report the organisation as they are in contravention of the consumer sale of goods act. Terrible organisation, do not buy from them.”
