they do not have any intentions in helping anybody out,"we don't care we now have your money goodbye"this is their way of thinking unfortunately

their customer service is just a lip service(just by word of mouth)with many false promises and misleading buyers with their tricks(refund tricks etc..)because they have no intentions in doing anything so instead they apply their tricks with a promise that is not going to be kept

There is one thing which should be taken into account: and that is that,once an order is placed on their website should anything happen,problems,issues etc..NO REFUND WILL BE MADE AND ALL TRANSACTIONS ARE ONLY ONE WAY,AND ALL REQUESTS FOR REFUND WILL BE TOTALLY IGNORED

the risks of ordering through them are extremely high and nobody will be able to know what is going to be received through the mail

Everything delivered will always have something wrong either with problems or issues which will never be taken of

All parcels will be delivered with the wrong products in them which all are of inferior qualities

There is no honesty and transparency with the consumer,they are promising things which they are not willing to keep(returns refunds and replacements)are seriously a huge risk because nothing ever exists(the products advertised on their website do not even exist in their stock and will never ever be ordered in)

The stocking information is not for real,many fluctuations with many products not even turning up at all to be sent out to the consumer,the consumer is never been told the whole truth,products listed as in stock will never be in stock and the pieces in stock are 0,they just put a random number to accept orders but those orders are never fulfilled in the first place and they make interest on each of the consumers payments which is 100% illegal and punishable by law as they should not take orders that can never be fulfilled in the first place which means that they are not trading correctly

they take the order and payment but will never deliver the correct acquired product to the consumer

when they take the order and also take the payment they will go boom silent they will not entertain requests for refund should something go wrong with the order

A consumer who purchases products, in reality should be entitled to a full refund including delivery costs should things go wrong with the purchase,however this is not executed(meaning that it is not processed through their portal to be returned back to the customer's bank account) so the refund will never ever be received at all
