“OEM Canon cartridge. Best there is. One issue that I've had with Canon is that one gets a "low toner" or "Prepare replacement" type of message long long before the toner cartridge is actually empty. An annoyance and if one still receives faxes, which is rare but does happen, once that happens faxes or fax transmission reports do not print. You have to change the cartridge to get the reports to print. Not the end of the world because faxes are very rare these day, but still one can't turn off the low toner message. An annoyance.”

“First time purchasing from Toner Laser Cartridge for our clinic and will order from them again. Saw an ad on google, pricing for Samsung MLT116 toner was cheaper ($87.99 plus got 5% off as they have a summer 2022 promo code) than all other major competitors (Staples, Amazon, Walmart) and thought I'd give it a try. I was a little nervous at first as wasn't sure if it was a legitimate company as I did try contacting them via telephone number, left voicemail but no reply. Eventually, I did heard from someone and they explained shipment did not happen as I indicated we needed shipment on specific days and as a result, they held the shipment until the following Monday. We received the package by Monday afternoon. Very pleased with the products - original toners and will be ordering from them again as they are local small business vs Amazon. Hope this helps anyone interested in purchasing products from this company.”
