“I'm happy with how the process worked however it would have been nice if the shipping supplies would have been provided to make it super easy, that's the only reason I dropped it to 4 stars instead of 5.”

“I was amazed with how easy the website was. I took a picture of my cartridges and within hours I had a quote! I was sent a shipping label. Excellent communication…I highly recommend!!!!”

“The process was easy enough. A good way to get rid of unused toner you don't need. I did not get paid yet after 3 weeks so I will contact them and see what is going on.”

“I find it strange that some of the cartridges were broken. I had sold them to a customer, they had sat on a shelf for some time and I picked them up and sent them to you. I also buy HP toners from Essendant and sometimes they don't even put them in a outer box so sometimes the box is scratched or bent on the corners. Not a big deal”

“Highly recommend Toner Connect as the overall process was quite user-friendly and the payment was received (using Zelle) in less than a week after shipping the cartridges to them. Appreciated the quick turnaround on the quote for the cartridges as well as the ease with which I was able to print out a pre-paid mailing label and then drop off the package at a UPS store.”

“Hello, I have had a good experience with your company. When I call I can speak with someone and get assistance when needed. I receive my money in a timely fashion and so far have not had any problems. I am waiting for a current order that was placed 2 days ago as the product is on its way should be received this morning by ups.”
