“I'm hoping that the check I received today for $126, and not the $310 purchase order amount was made in error. It's 3pm here in California but their office closed at 2pm so I will have to wait till tomorrow to speak to someone. I took several pictures of the new toners in original boxes and even sealed in the original outer plastic as well. I was offered more by another toner company but I had already sent the product to Toner Connect. There was absolutely no reason I shouldn't have been paid for the toners.”

Hi Sheri, we're sorry that you had a less-than-stellar experience with our service. After thoroughly reviewing your shipment, we found that several of your toner cartridges had water damage on the side of the boxes. These damages weren't shown in the initial photos provided. As such, we do not accept water-damaged products. For more information and a detailed explanation, please view the Inspection Report in your online portal. “I love the service. They've always been pretty quick with me. A little slow around the holidays but that's to be expected. The one takeaway I have is they need more payment options. I like cash app or venmo.”

“I honestly have to say that I’m by impressed with their service. I had a few unused toners that I no longer needed, and I sold to this company for a very just price. The portal they use is very transparent and user friendly. You are able you to pretty much see the entire process from the moment ship it, which they provide the label, then the moment their receive it, inspect it and them boom… you get paid. I loved the experience. Not to mention, you can easily chat with them on their website. Tonerconnect - Thank you for the outstanding experience you provided me.”
