“They were very easy to work with and sell our ink back to. We had ordered the wrong ink at a point and just wanted to find a place to get rid of it. Rather than landfills, this was a better solution! Very quick and helpful.”

“What an easy process!!! I was daunted by this task my office, but Toner Connect made product entry, shipping, and payment easy peasy. If I can do it, anyone can. I also price compared several sites from a Google search and this was by far the best company I found in terms of ease, payment, and quality of service.”

“The process of clearing out toner for printers that were no longer used in our office was made easy with Toner Connect! Clear communication, a process that made it easy to log, ship, and track the toner cartridges, and reimbursement by either check or replacement toner that did work for our new printers was wonderful. I highly recommend this service from beginning to end.”

“Well, now! A place that actually takes unneeded toner cartridges off your hands! My old printer was giving me messages "prepare new fuser unit" and "prepare new transfer belt", two repairs that would have cost me more than the price of a new printer. So, it was time to upgrade the printer, but what do I do with its unused toner? A short internet search turned up Toner Connect. Filled out the form, uploaded the requested pictures. Printed the form to include in the package and the prepaid shipping label. Took the cartridges, the form, and the label to the nearest UPS store. Done! Toner Connect has kept me informed all the way. They've emailed when the package got to them and quickly determined how much they would pay for them. And, I now have space for cartridges for the new printer! All the way around, a pleasant experience that I've let other people know about!”
