“Wow! I am so impresses with TLC. I ordered a cartridge 2.5 months ago and just today got around to installing it. As it turned out, TLC sent me the wrong part. My thought was, "this was an on-line purchase two months ago I am out of luck." Nope! I called customer service and described the issue and a new cartridge is being sent out to me immediately. They even offered next day air at no charge, which I declined because I don't need it that urgently. I am super impressed with with how TLC responded and count me as a customer for life. Great job folks!”

“Could not be any happier with the "TLC" I received. I threw up in my mouth when I saw the price for my brother's laser printer toner refill on staples/office max/ amazon etc. More than 2.5x including shipping!!!! Not to mention, I paid for the cheapest shipping which said to expect receipt in 5 days. 2 business days later BAM toner . Love these guys”

“I couldn’t find the toner I needed anywhere, so I started to search online. I was still struggling. Then I came across TLC. For fear of them running out of the toner I needed, I quickly ordered me some. It was delivered so fast and I was able to print some very important and confidential documents in the comfort of my home without any delays.”
