“Toshiba copier blind-sided us with "almost out of black toner" message just before tax season is about to kick into high gear. Searched the web for the best price, checked inventory via chat, and the next day, we have 2 original cartridges (not re-manufactured). Great price, excellent service, and everything happened exactly as we were told it would. We will definitely be back.”

“When I needed a toner cartridge overnight, a new one that I hadn't ordered before because we had just gotten a new desktop printer, I received a call from TLC to help me ensure that I was ordering the right cartridge. In the sometimes confusing world of printers and their cartridges, I really appreciate this gesture of customer appreciation and service. And my toner cartridge was delivered the next morning, as promised!”
