“The TLC cartridge was the only one that worked as advertised. It worked "right out of the box" and has the chip for my printer to alert me of remaining toner content over time. A bonus is the level of customer service in that they respond quite soon after you send them a question. Quite pleased”

“This toner works great. The one drawback I notice is the "handle" end of the cartridge is made backwards from the OEM ones. It does not affect operation but it does make it more difficult to remove the cartridge in the future.”
