“two of the packages appeared to have been opened, quality seal half stuck to box. does not appear to have been damaged during shipping, but all 4 items were loose in the box with no paper or packing material”

“I had placed an order for Genuine Samsung Toner Cartridges as displayed on the TLC website and instead I was sent HP brand replacements for Samsung cartridges. I messaged TLC about this and was quickly contacted by someone. I explained what I received and how I was able to order HP replacement cartridges from Amazon cheaper than I could from TLC, but how I preferred to have the Genuine Samsung product as displayed on the TLC website. I sent pictures fo everything to TLC after our conversation, yet nobody from TLC ever responed to me after that. Would be interested in hearing back if anyone cares to follow up with me (847) 298-0010 X-320”

“The box came damaged and the cartridge wasn't secured. It was not in the original packaging - the toner opened and everything was covered with toner dust. It was advertised as new. I was completly out so I cleaned it up the best I could and am using it. Pretty hard to determine how much toner was lost in the process.”

“This was my first time doing buisiness with TLC. I ordered (and paid for) Clover remanufactured color laser cartridges. However, what was shipped to me was the cheap after-market cartridges. It felt like a bait-and-switch. I did reach out to customer service and it was acknowleged that the wrong product was shipped to me. So we are in the process of getting this resolved. An RMA label has been issued to me to return the cartridges I received. And the Clover cartridges are now on back-order and will be shipped to me once they are back in stock.”

“The box arrived damaged. Cartridges were likely damaged by being thrown around in a box that was too large and lacked appropriate packing material. The plastic airbags were deflated and provided no protection.”
