About TONI&GUY:

TONI&GUY is the ‘Official Sponsor to London Fashion Week’ and create the hair for over 60 designer catwalk shows each year working with top designers including Giles Deacon, Todd Lynn, Jean- Pierre Braganza and William Tempest. Toni Mascolo and Brother Guy co-founded the first TONI&GUY salon in 1963 in Clapham, London, joined later by their two brothers Bruno and Anthony. By the late 1990’s the company had grown from a single salon to over a hundred in over 20 countries world-wide.
Driven by their philosophy of pushing the boundaries of hairdressing and delivering creativity, quality and consistency to every client, Toni and Guy Mascolo were one of the first to begin the franchising boom, with the first franchised salon opening in Brighton in 1988.
TONI&GUY have remained at the forefront of the hairdressing industry and has pioneered the professional hairdresser, exceeding all industry standards to make expertise available on a global scale.

Great website clear and lots of advice and information Great offers and easy to order I placed an order and had a confirmation email immediately But then did not have any information for four days I emailed care line and they answered immediately and confirmed my order was being processed it would be great if maybe we could like other websites be informed on a regular basis the progress on our order Still waiting for my products to arrive but I am sure I will be happy with my purchases

Delivery was as expected and product is nice. Not a fan of the packaging as the 1000ml size needs a pump but you cannot buy one.

So ordering was fine, paid for Express delivery, get a call 2 days later to say that they’re struggling with high volume of orders so it could take a week. Very frustrating, if you put a sale on surely you’d anticipate that and plans for it? It took 6 days.

Slow to dispatch. Courier also appear to be taking their time. It’s been a week now and still haven’t received an ‘in stock’ item. Ghd straighteners.

Received an acknowledgement immediately after ordering but then nothing further, no mention of when it would be despatched, no information to say it was on its way. Nothing!

Bit weird being asked for a review as my money was returned due to product being out of stock. They did inform me quickly.

The person I spoke to did not have the knowledge to assist me that meant that I had to go away make some calls to two of your branches and then come back and order the gift. Voucher. It also advertised a free gift if you buy a gift voucher, never received anything. The voucher turned up in a brown envelope, not very exciting as a gift!!!

Great product but spoilt by the fact that it does not have the press down dispenser cap as featured. This is a birthday present and is incomplete without said featured cap.
