“I have been a weekly customer of Saffron Alley since January 2024 and am quite happy with their products, range, and services. However, I suggest they consider changing the ingredients and recipe for their sausages by removing the following: Hydrolysed Vegetable Protein (Soya) Flavour Enhancer: E621 E223 (Sulphite) Herb Extract E330 E300 Despite this, I remain a regular customer due to their high quality and excellent customization options.”

“I ordered the Halal Beef Short-Ribs and the The OG SPC Rub, used the webber kettle to smoke them with some oak wood, they were fantastic, so glad I was recommended to use Saffron Valley, great quality cuts not available at local butchers”
