“I am relieved to have discovered Saffron Alley because Muslims who are conscious of health eating can now enjoy good quality halal meat. The drawback is cost, unfortunately it is not cost effective for every Muslim household. Bithi’nillah in near future supermarkets will support organic tayyib butchers by stocking organic halal meat or better still to have more tayyib organic halal butcher shops accessible to purchase from. I will definitely purchase from here again but unfortunate not as often as we would love to.”

“Meat is super delicious, love the chicken thighs and the diced lamb is always superb! Only downside is the oxtail, there was barely any meat on the bones so would be better to pick up from the butchers. Delivery is always on time and in good condition.”

“So far, great. We’ve been wanting to switch to mostly organic foods and love that companies like saffron alley make it so we can. The quality is good so far albeit I personally believe the taste of meat does take adjusting to - however you can definitely taste that it’s cleaner.”

“I am not sure how this butchers has 4.8 score on these reviews this to me is very suspect, I ordered 2kg of diced Lamb at 3-4cm chunks and at a cost of £44 yes £44 and what I got was Two bags of chopped up bones with a little meat sticking to the side which was totally unusable after taking out the big bones in was left with under 1gk of meat that was full of gristle and was totally unusable, its a total rip off, see my picture of this rubbish they sent me, again they are a total rip off keep to your local butchers and dont let these sting you like they did me,”

“I only buy my meat from Saffron Alley. Great quality, they offer halal products I couldn’t find elsewhere, and their customer service is excellent. I have recommended them to friends.”
