Please be informed that our quality control team is conducting a thorough review of our inventory and working closely with our suppliers to prevent any recurrence in the future. Additionally, our animals are naturally reared and not factory-farmed and cutting a single steak of the exact weight meticulously is a tedious task and sometimes the weight can be approx.
