This is my second order really good quality meat but had issues with delivery even though I stayed so not leave outside as unsafe they do, on my second order I ordered two lots of beef mince then normal one but when my order arrived it was beef with 10% fat when you click on normal mobe it should say that it has 10 per cent it is not so clear, I also have issue with the duck it is a dick from Ireland and on the original packing does not not say it’s halal …it is a silver hill duck from Ireland and I am wondering if it is indeed halal ? I have a 12 yr old son and would not be want him to be have halal I would want silver hill and safffrin to please confirm ? Beef steaks etx are excellent

Apologies for any misunderstanding with our Beef mince. As stated on our website, our normal beef mince contains 10% fat and 90% lean mince. If you prefer to buy the mince with lowest fat, we recommend you choosing our lean mince with 5% fat and 95% lean mince. We source some of our poultry including Duck from Ireland. As we are a muslim owned and muslim run business, we only do Halal meats. Rest assured as all the produce we serve is 100% Halal and Tayyib. We appreciate your patience and understanding in this matter and hope that you will give us another opportunity to serve you in the future. The thin beef Sirloin was great, the meat was tender and thinly cut. However the Angus Rib eye was not a marbled piece at all.

Steaks are good but not consistent, some cuts are not properly cut especially the fatty cuts of steak.

The beef burgers lacked flavour The beef sausages were to peppery for my liking The breakfast bacon was too chewy And I’ve not got round to veal slices yet Edited 28/2/24 The veal slices were not my liking Good customer service!

I bought some free range chicken wings which were delayed in dpd delivering and the chicken wings had gone off and foul smelling.

The deliver was on time, but i wasn’t happy with the product, i ordered 4kg beef bones 2 kg looked fresh but the other 2kg did not look fresh at all, it was brown in colour and had a slight smell to it, was dissapointed because i didn’t get what i paid for.

I have been using Safform Alleyy for sometime now, I am happy with the quality of the meat, but the delivery service is very bad, they do not knock on the door to deliver the parcel, I pay a high price for a Saturday delivery and the box gets left outside my door all the time.

Good quality products and delivery. I would have preferred a mix of knuckles, joints and marrow bones when ordering the lamb & beef bones. Instead, I received only marrow bones

I am usually very happy with my purchases but in my last order the chicken breasts were off. They had a greenish grey tinge and when I opened the bag the kitchen smelt awful for hours afterwards. That was really off putting.

I ordered whole chicken carcus for making stock and got chopped up pieces. Also disappointed with the mince lamb as it was very fatty. I hope that the quality doesn’t go downhill.
