“First sampler box was good, I had an issue with the weights of the steaks from the first box, got in touch with saffron alley and they immediately handled the complaint well on my next order. The steaks are very nice, would definitely recommend and also would order from here again.”

“I've been ordering all my meat and chicken from SA for around 5 years now - that should tell you everything. Always reliable, on time and good quality. They have also incrementally improved their range of products as well and reduced the package sizing for more flexibility. Any time there's been a problem, they have responded quickly and courteously and solved the problem. We plan to continue ordering from SA.”
