“don’t trust their meat! i ordered lean beef mince and it was the most fattiest mean i’ve ever had, i then order lean dice meat they gave me beef brisket instead and when bringing up the problem they gave me 5% voucher instead of an decent reimbursement. not worth it”

We deeply regret that the quality of the mince did not meet your expectations, and you found it fatty. Our lean mince is 5%fat and 95% lean meat. We regularly test our mince fat contents in a laboratory, so we are quite confident regarding the fat contents for each of our varieties. We sincerely apologise for the beef brisket served in your order in place of the Halal Mixed dice lean. We understand that you are unhappy with the resolution served. “Ordered the leg of lamb. Excellent quality meat. Succulent tender and melt in your mouth . You can really taste the difference between saffron alley and getting meat from the local butcher! Also good packaging , delivered on time and generally no issues with service or products. Can’t wait to order again.”

“Very good quality meat. I ordered corn fed chicken as well as organically reared chicken. Both of them are of very high quality. You can tell the difference between regular chicken from supermarkets/ halal meat shops and saffron Alley’s product.”

“The chicken is easy to cook, juicy and don’t smell as bad as other store bought ones. I thought it needed more time to cook but the taste is really good. I have also ordered meat but still didn’t cook it. The package was sealed well and maintained cold until I received it and stored it. I like the time selection for delivery option.”

“From the delivery to the quality 5star all the way. My second order here and the steaks are tasty asf!. I asked for my fat around the steaks to be trimmed off and they did exactly that to perfection. Be back for more soon!”
