“I complained about a Lamb product I received! Within 24 hours a Lady called and apologized profusely... She offered to send a replacement item. Which I am glad to accept!!! I will definitely be using Saffron Alley more in the future! Excellent Customer service....”

“My order of rib eye steaks arrived punctually on time, the thickness of the cut were just the way I like it 1 inch thick as requested. The baby were Meaty and were amazing in a curry, will defo be ordering again and again. Had the 20% discount which made it even better. Keep up with discounts and will be ordering more.”

“Great produce, good selection I buy this for my family as they only eat Halal food. Before finding Saffron Alley I used to buy from the major supermarkets that only seem to stock the same brand, which is disgusting.”

“I would say I wasn’t 100% satisfied. I asked for the lamb meat to be cut to 4cm pieces the pieces were extremely larger the 4cm some were stuck to bone which made really hard to cut through without a butchers knife. The meat looked fresh but I think there was mix up and I was given cow meat instead the the taste was very different from any lamb I have tasted. 2.5 kg worth of meat was didn’t really feel like it once I separated it all into bags. The baby chicken however we’re great. Would prefer an option to cut into 4 pieces instead of 8 no option when ordering.”

“Meat is halal no doubt, nice fresh cut ,however too chewing, it is rather of old cow than a young two years old animal . This is why I am going to stop buying it.”
