The chicken breast and drumsticks I ordered didn’t smell very nice. The bags that it was packaged in was running full of sticky water. It put me off completely! I won’t be ordering again.

I am not sure how this butchers has 4.8 score on these reviews this to me is very suspect, I ordered 2kg of diced Lamb at 3-4cm chunks and at a cost of £44 yes £44 and what I got was Two bags of chopped up bones with a little meat sticking to the side which was totally unusable after taking out the big bones in was left with under 1gk of meat that was full of gristle and was totally unusable, its a total rip off, see my picture of this rubbish they sent me, again they are a total rip off keep to your local butchers and dont let these sting you like they did me,

Not a great experience - we've placed three orders with them over the last six months and each order got something wrong or incorrect with it (from a funny smell to an incorrect cut). To be fair their customer service were helpful on each occasion but we've decided to order elsewhere moving forward.

Asked for shanks but it got cut into pieces, also said to keep them and the chops separate. Never happened. The bags were not sealed properly, there was blood everywhere

They delivered my order to the wrong address where five roads down, and the man who approached my house said that it was delivered to his address when he wasn't at home. He arrived in the evening when I opened the box ice and meat melted. I emailed Saffron they just apology for it. I wanted my money. Also, the address being written correctly on the box.

Been buying from Saffron for awhile now more or less at least once a week and it's always beef sirloin, the last three I bought purchased in the same week only one of them tasted right, the other two smelt a bit off I still cooked them but the quality was terrible and ended up in the bin.

The product arrived from Poland - was it Halal? The meat smelt on opening the package. I ordered a Turkey crown and received a butterflied turkey. So very disappointing and I won’t buy from you again £75 wasted!

I bought 2 kg beef brisket, more then 500 gr was fat and it couldn’t cooked hours. Also I bought 2 kg beef bones for to make bone broth, they just sent bones corner, just one small piece has warm in it. In my first order just chicken breast was good. I’m not satisfied. If they sell meat like this, they can get just 1 time customer. I tried you but you couldn’t pass.

Chicken was short on wieght massively, and customer service was no help. Tried to give me 15 voucher when I was at loss atleast 25pounds. Then all he was willing to do was give me 25 voucher back and no compensation. I paid £75 for 2.9kg of chicken. And the meat tasted off
