“I was absolutely appalled to witness a recording that is currently circulating on social media which contained one of your male employees verbally abusing a female customer at the Northampton branch of tool station.This employee not only acted in a very aggressive, unprofessional, abusive manner, but very unlawful too! His behaviour is beyond unnaceptable! He is clearly committing disibility dicrimination hate crime.I suggest you immediately update your employees with the current legislation - i.e, A mask exempt individual is not at liberty to produce any form of evidence regarding mask their exemption.A person should also not be asked, harrased, forced or bullied into producing such.
