“Well what a lovely place this is to shop for tiles The process of deciding and choosing tiles is bad enough but made easier when you come across as assistant like Richard (Telford Store) He went out of his way to help and get the tiles I wanted for the day I needed them Thank you Richard I will definitely recommend Topps to anyone I know looking for tiles”

“The team at the Byfleet store were super friendly and knowledgeable . We thought we knew exactly what tiles we needed for our new bathroom but were persuaded by the team to take a few samples home, try them in different lights, at different times of the day etc before buying the whole amount and we're so glad they did! Because, YES, the tiles did look completely different and we changed our minds on the floor tiles as a result, which we're really grateful for. They guided us with the amount of adhesive we needed, the colour and amount of grout and of course the all important trims. Would happily recommend to anyone looking for tiles. We used the Tekno Bone for the floor, Tekno Grey Marengo for the wall and the Tekno triple Mosaic, but split each sheet of mosaic to just use a layer of 6 tiles at the top.”

“Visited the Macclesfield store today and again got amazing service from Ryan so so helpful and very knowledgeable nothing is to much trouble and went the extra mile.Topps tile are very luck to have such amazing staff and I hope they are appreciated.”

“Called into the Blackburn branch of Topps Tiles after trauling around some other stores and getting little to no advice it was a breath of fresh air to be greeted with a smile and given full attention and advice that was made easy to understand for the job we are attempting by Lauren and Beth . We didn't feel pressured into a sale at all by the girls there advice was priceless we left the store feeling confident and happy with our choice not like the other stores we staff we visited who just couldn't be bothered so thankyou Lauren and Beth a breath of fresh air keep up the good work . Karina and Pete”

“Hinckley Leicestershire -Ryan and Garnet what a total credit to the company , went the extra mile and offered great service from the minute I walked into the shop to when I left with my purchases . if only all businesses had such great staff . Thank you”

“Mike and Dan at Ascot Drive store were brilliant. Again Dan the store Manager went above and beyond to help sort our tiles. He spent a long time showing us how they could work, and helped with great advice on how to lay them. Will always go there for what we need.”

“Hi Guys , so a year ago I come to York to work on a flood victims house, they under my recommendation went to Topps and a kind lady called Rebecca Brown helped them out massively and throughout the project supported me with what was asked, as when tiles come two packs broken but replaced tiles with ease, ordering more that I needed etc, he end results home owners where blown away, since then I've been going back with other little jobs and to say what a credit to the company Rebecca is, is a understatement, as she even went as far as leaving me a tile out as was stuck in traffic one night not just once but twice come to my rescue, She is a credit to the company and having staff like her and the rest of the team at Clifton Moor is the reasons why I return and take new customers to the stores whenever my work takes me to different areas in the UK as always I've found the staff ti be very friendly and always happy to help In and out of hours! “Excellent service from Ethan at Topps Tiles in Torquay. Very accommodating when we chose tiles and then changed our minds. Willingly helped us to choose again and knowledgeable about quantities required etc.”

“Customer service was very good but we had expensive tiles that we bought in August . The problem is we have only just got a tiler and we have 5 packs over . Went and took them back today, they wouldn’t refund or do a credit note as you only have 6 weeks to return . Baring in mind the waiting time for tilers today is a long wait so the least they could do is give a refund or credit note . Not a happy customer”

“Disgusting customer service tried to buy tiles that were marked down in price but when I went to pay the salesman said that although the price was clearly marked it must have been a human error and refused to sell the tiles at that price I contacted topps tiles and I was told it was down to the individual stores discretion whether the honoured the price needless to say I won't be buying from there again and suggest nobody else should”

“Horrible experience, 5 days delayed from the date of promised delivery and when the goods arrived, tiles were all damaged. No apology nor refunds of the damaged goods or my builders costs. Chased ToppTiles each day and each day got a different story. Recommend going else where!”

“They’ve lost the plot over Covid. You can’t go in to buy, have to get sent some ridiculous link to pay which takes 20minutes. In store staff can’t help nor can telephone staff. Even though the product is sitting on the shelf I have to go through a ridiculous process to buy it So frustrating”

“I can't describe how bad is this service, including customer service responses, store service, quality of their materials and the prices. WARNING: be really careful what you order, because there isn't refund at all. I ordered stuff for thousands of pounds and most of the materials were with really low quality, but I saw that when we started placing them. Also half of the items were delivered wrapped in kitchen foil (maybe second hand stuff). When I ask to be refunded for some of the products, they didn't even bother to reply to all my complains and I had to chaise them months. Finally somebody replied with some silly explanation about refusing my refund request. I will NEVER order from this company again”

“Topps tiles have really left the construction industry in the lurch . As soon as the lockdown occurred they simply shut up shop whereas Homebase stayed open, B and Q, wickes, screwfix all set up click and collect etc I think Topps have really let down the construction industry over this.”

“apparently Topp Tiles no longer stock a range of tiles in the 22cm x 15cm size Why Not!!! I am not prepared to re tile my whole bathroom for the sake of requiring 50+ tiles to match up with my exiting tiles searched web site told the size required no longer stocked”
