“Pretty bad customer service. Ordered the wrong part by mistake, when I returned it they didn’t give a full refund. Really bad communication, won’t answer my emails. Don’t recommend anyone buying from these guys.”

“Rich at Torque King was very professional and friendly when I ordered a right side steering knuckle for a 2012 RAM 2500 and he was wonderful to make a note and call me when the left steering knuckle came in and to call me as quick as he did. As a female manager of an auto repair shop, it always a pleasure to order parts from people like Rich. Thank you Rich, you gained another customer!”

“I have searched high and low to find the bolts for my 2006 Dodge ram and luckily I found Torque King 4x4. I was able to order them and get then by next day. Very happy because it was our work truck and we had already missed 2 days of work. Thank you.”
