“In getting information on a NV4500 and placing an order for parts I ordered and receive one part I didn’t need and one part that was incorrect. I ended up paying freight charges to return the parts and then more freight charges to have the correct parts shipped”

“Called n ordered update kit for my Dodge n seal for transfer case. Gentleman helped n I had it 2nd day air. I received it & had good updates. Only thing I was missing was the socket that came in the kit. I called in & they immediately shipped it out. Great service!! Will keep in mind when need parts..”

“Ordered a rear wheel bearings an seals and tools.. one tool the video referred to a TQ1004 which was the wrong tool number called torque kings an they promptly got me the correct tool over nighted.. the correct number is TQ1044 for future reference for anyone that reads these tool made the job a matter of seconds to reinstall bearings”

“I placed a very basic order of shift linkage but it was quite a few small components. When the package arrived everything had been preassembled for me and vacuum packed to prevent any loss of components. The packaging was great and the descriptions on the website made it very easy to figure out what I needed, even for a crossover year of NV4500. Super impressed with these guys.”

“They parts are great, customer service and website not so much. I purchased a Jeep Dana 30 CAD right side axle seal off their website for my 87’ YJ . Bought the one at the top of the list that said specifically “Jeep XJ Cherokee, Jeep YJ Wrangler:1984-1987.5 Right Axle Shaft Seal” and turns out it’s the wrong seal, it’s larger than the one I pulled out and will not work. I call them and explain the issue and the guy on the phone said it’s my fault that I didn’t scroll down and look at the other seal listed. I explained that their website listed the seal I bought incorrectly and was told i should have cross referenced the part number from their website to make sure it would fit. Sure I guess I should have done that but when a website lists a part as the part I need…. I would think they listed it correctly. Then they wanted me to pay to ship the wrong seal back and then charged me full price and $12 to ship the correct one to me. None of the parts store around me had it so didn’t have a choice other than to eat the cost of not only the seal and shipping for the one they have listed wrong, but then the correct one and shipping. Bottom line, parts are great just verify the part numbers listed on their website are the correct parts you need.”
