“Ask if the part I was looking at was correct for my truck Got asked to measure diff centre size Confirmed I had an 1150 rear axle Ordered bearing kit Kit arrived Bearings were too small Tried to contact the person I was dealing with and have had no response After talking with another sales person he informed me that the dually has larger bearings Now I have to order another bearing kit to be sent to Australia and wait another 2 weeks And I still haven’t spoke to anyone about the first bearing kit It seems no one is interested in discussing the wrong parts”

“I am one not prone to communicating via computer, but because I could not find what I needed for an old ford 350 I took a chance and emailed your company. Unbelievably I received a return email from Richard ? with his phone number. With a call to him I was able to get the parts I despressatly needed. The kit I needed is not available but he pieced together the individual parts to get my truck rolling, thanks to his working knowledge of your inventory. Many many thanks to Richrad, probably the best service I have ever had on line.”

“Torque king had the parts I needed and couldn't find anywhwere else. their service is excellent. I found and ordered what I needed on Wednesday evening, the parts were shipped on Thusday, and I had them in my hand on Friday afternoon. Couldn't ask for any better service, and I am located on the East coast.”

“As the owner of a 65 Chevy K20 I appreciate you being one of the few companies out there to take providing parts for these old 4x4's seriously. I have used you in the past and highly recommend you to others. That said, I was disappointed with one of the bearings I purchased for my T221 transfer case. I had called to make sure they would be quality USA or Japanes sourced, and that the critical input shaft bearings would have the important shield on one side. I was assured this would be the case. When my order came, one was correct, but the other, while USA made, had no shield. When I called I was told they "probably" weren't made anymore. I pointed out I had been told otherwise when I ordered it, and the website picture clearly showed the correct one. I also pointed out that failure of this bearings is what kills most of this particular case, and was not going to waste my time and money doing it wrong. After a bit, he said a new one would be shipped immediately. As promised it arrived in just a couple days, but unfortunately was made in China, and the shield was some sort of plastic material, which I didn't think would stand up to the VERY high heat this box unfortunately runs at. I was on a very tight time schedule, so had to source an acceptable part locally. I wish you had been upfront from the beginning about what was available. I understand parts for this old stuff can be a challenge, but would have appreciated knowing what my options were when I first called. Your service and advice has always been very good in the past, and your website extremely helpful, so I hope this was a onetime lapse and you can continue to fill this important niche in the old truck hobby Thanks Tom Monroe”
