“I have concerns about procedures that are provided for the 5/8 lug nuts for the 96 f350 dually conversion adapters. When I received the new lug nut it was very obviously oiled on the threads and between the washer and nut. The oil was strategically placed by the manufacturer, not coincidentally or accidentally there. The instructions do not indicate I should remove that oil prior to installation, but the instructions also don't state that lug nuts need to be oiled when they are removed and reinstalled. The clamp load will be significantly different between an oiled and dry lugnut. Both oiled and dry cannot be correct for installing the lug nuts. Please find out which procedure is correct and let me know. If these nuts are supposed to be oiled, it is only a matter of tine before a wheel comes off and someone is seriously injured or worse.”

“Sent the incorrect part with the correct parts label on it. Called in to see about return, said theyd call back, didnt. Ended up putting the correct fork from another company on my old shift rail myself. Very disappointed in TK.”

“I have purchased parts from this company for several years now. Sadly the quality of parts has gone down. Gaskets are too thin and don't fit correctly don't. You can "upgrade" to better gaskets, of course that will cost you much more though. Parts are missing from the "small parts kit". Most notable was the thin metal ring seperating the rows of small roller bearings on the output shafts. Thankfully I save all my parts from my rebuilds and had some good parts to use. The snap rings are really cheaply made and even usuing the correct pliers to install them they bend. Again I had some from previous rebuilds I could use. After several decades I decided to buy some specialty tools to make life easier. One being the "dummy" shaft for the NP205 idler gear. It was 1.5" too long ! I had to cut it down and smooth the edges to make it work. For the $60.00 it cost for a small length of steel, you think they could get the dimensions right. At least they ship the parts pretty fast. Sadly "Torque King 4X4" is going the route of most companies lately. Cutting costs where ever they can, "Quality" be dammed.”

“Part didn’t fit my 2006 factory driveline like it was supposed to. I paid a massive amount in shipping to get it to Alaska in time for my trip but it was the wrong size. Not worth the cost of shipping to return it.”

“Pretty bad customer service. Ordered the wrong part by mistake, when I returned it they didn’t give a full refund. Really bad communication, won’t answer my emails. Don’t recommend anyone buying from these guys.”

“Ask for a front output on transfer case received front input on transmission called 3 different times to get the correct part and was told all three time you would call me back and no return phone call. Still waiting on credit for incorrect part that was returned.”

“Have a large corporation and ordered these parts that we knew we needed in advance, was literally just a couple days over the claim limit we had no idea its been missing been, weve focusing on other broken projects in the shop , 0% help to make it right. used them before and been very happy, but very let down now. I would very much to write a positive response but until they either refund me or send me a product i cannot , hope they read this because ive actually enjoyed their business very much in the past.”

“Called twice trying to place order so I could verify part fitment. Left message did receive call back so I ordered anyway hoping parts would fit but they didn't. Emailed to return items no response, called to return item was told I would receive return form still haven't received form after 2 days.”

“I ordered TM1003 so I could rebuild my trans over the holiday weekend and get truck up and running, your company sent me the manual TM3000 for u-joints. Needless to say my truck is still broke down waiting on this manual to come my way! I received this email for a review before I received a response to the email I had sent regarding the wrong manual. The U-joint manual has a lot of good information.”
