“the gasket kit for my transfer case was good the needle bearings that Igot are the wrong size they do not fit in the output shaft they measure .312 of an inch the old bearings measure .310 of an inch”

“I bought this thinking it was what I needed to show how I remove and reinstall the front axle seals on our 2010 ram 2500. Instead it is how to remove the axles and rebuild the u-joints. This paper references what I need however it is not on your website. This is very confusing to me.”

“They were prompt and the bolts appear To be quality. Unfortunately the bolts are the wrong size. I received a call after ordering as the caller said this is one of the more returned items. I explained the application and it agreed with their data. I did find the right ones through another company.”

“I have ordered the same item in the past. The units I ordered are functional for what they are designed for. I think the cost per each is expensive as well as the shipping, I realize your location makes it an expensive endeavor to be a manufacturing facility. The parts are tiny weigh next to nothing and come shrink-wrapped to a small 3"X3" piece of cardboard. The automatic package protection is pricey with no ability to refuse, and as stated before shipping is very expensive!”
