“The PTO cover plates I ordered were exactly what I was looking for and showed up in the most timely fashion I've ever seen. BUT. I was looking for a part for a transfer case, called your number a few times, finally left a message with my name and phone number. Might have been due to the holidays landing in the middle of the week but I never did get a return call.”
