“Appreciate your having the available, and getting it to me in a timely fashion. I gave a 4 rather than a 5 due to surface rust being present on the bearing that I ordered. No big deal, but I was a bit surprised.”

“I ordered the wrong part, called and got it all straightened out relatively easy. I wish the website was a little better in the way of spec's. If all the dimensions on the yoke I ordered were right there on the details information, I wouldn't have ordered the wrong one. It was a bit cumbersome trying to figure it all out.”

The reason postage was due was because of a simple mistake made in the warehouse. While training a new employee the wrong packaging was used to ship. Bryan ordered 2 books that ship free via USPS Media Mail, the new employee placed the books in a USPS Priority Mail Envelope causing the USPS to charge for Priority Mail instead of Media Mail. Bryan was refunded as soon as we were contacted about the issue. -TW
