“Buying a first home is intimidating. There is a lot that needs to happen in a relatively short period and in my case, with very little knowledge. Jordan, Xavier, Raheem and the team at Total Mortgages made one of the most daunting aspects of buying a home easy. They have put a lot of time into developing their process and it is apparent. Everything is streamlined and simple with each step being clearly outlined. At no point was I unsure or in the dark. Communication was excellent. Replying to my relentless questions, promptly and knowledgeably. With the icing being how friendly and happy to help everyone was. Cannot recommend the team at Total Mortgages enough. Thank you for getting me into my first home!”

“Once again the total team has pulled through for our young family. Jordan and Lynette were fantastic to deal with and made the process so easy. You can tell Jordan is "totally" focused and committed to his customers even giving us a call whilst he was on holiday in Bali to make sure we were all settled in our new home. “We can't thank this Team enough specially Alex and Xavier for all their hardwork in assisting us to get our first home. Never in our wildest thought that 3 months after engaging with you guys we will be settling to our first home. 🥰🏡 and if we weren't too doubtful of our own capacity and the process it could have been earlier but I guess its all part of the perfect timing and everything happens for a reason. “I reached out total mortgages when I had no hope to get the mortgage as 2 banks declined my application for mortgage,stating not enough income to service the mortgage.I was stressed to the maximum by going through this process of applying and going back and forth with lots of documents requirement and end of it all,geting declined which was frustrating,but when I applied through total mortgages,I honestly can say they made everything so smooth and stress free, and also they kept in touch with me constantly to let me know what is happening,it was effortless.Jordan and Xavier, you guys are awesome.Thank you very much for making my dream come true.you are service was faultless and top class.Thanks very much.”
