“It has been an absolute smooth process with total mortgages. They are knowledgeable and guide you through the process with such ease. They make suggestions and offer a number of ideas to situations. They are quick to respond and excellent with communicating. Five stars in all aspects”

“Jordon is a pleasant and clear communicator who is easy to work with directly. Perhaps the covid restrictions were not as kind to another staff member that I was passed onto for the majority of my processing and in particular, her listening skills were out the gate and I would often be interrupted mid-sentence during most phone conversations. I ended up just ignoring her phone calls to avoid being rudely interrupted and opted to only communicate via email, but I got there in the end. As a manager myself, I would suggest providing ongoing support to your staff during covid restriction times as that would have gone a long way in my instance.”

“I have tried with the banks on my own to secure a pre approval so I know I had to spend on a rental to no avail. I had two contract for posention in frount of the bank as well and failed on both occasions , no detail was offered as to why. Got in touch with Total mortgages and I was sorted inside a week and now have just purchased my first rental . great team at total mortgages.”
