“I did send an email to Kay the day I received the safe saying that I had 'safely' received the safe and how pleased I was. She gave me excellent advice which helped me to buy a safe that is completely right for us. Totally happy . Perhaps that is why you are called Total Safes! I have to say she was much more helpful than a local shop we went into so I was pleased to buy from you. Love the safe. Shame it is not on display but hidden in a cupboard. Would not hesitate to recommend you to any of my friends. Thanking you Linda Savage”

“The item was damaged on arrival but having contacted you immediately and supplied photos of the damage and the condition of the packaging, by return I was supplied with a brand new item. That time there was more packaging around the item so it arrived in A1 condition. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly this problem was sorted out. Well done to you and all the team.”

“efficient service and pleasant, helpful installers. My only minor criticism is that I'd've welcomed a more exact delivery time, for example, morning or afternoon which would have been more helpful in not limiting my movements for the whole day.”

Hi Paul, Thank you for your rating and feedback. We do provide a service with specified time slots but this requires a dedicated team which incurs additional cost. The standard installation service is offered free because we slot it in when one of our teams is already scheduled to be in or close to the area (our parent company installs and maintains safes and vaults for major nationwide corporations so we have teams on the road every day, up and down the country). We previously offered an ETA but found it caused more inconvenience if there were delays - The routes are finalised in the morning but are subject to change. So, we provide a specific day (mon-fri between 8 and 6pm). Our team will ring ahead when on route if requested though. We are continuously reviewing our service and appreciate all feedback. “The service we received from 'Total Safes was very good indeed and the key safe we ordered arrived the following day. The key safe itself was not, perhaps, as strongly constructed as we would have liked, having just been burgled, but probably strong enough to deter most burglars.”

Thanks very much for your feedback Derek. We do have key safes available that are more robust and a higher security level than the product you ordered (but they do cost more). If you would prefer to exchange it for a higher security model please give us a call and we will action that quickly for you.
