“Very happy with the key safe. Very clear instructions, heavy safe which appears very robust. Like how positive the push buttons are, and the locking mechanisms behind them. Solid and unfussy. Did wonder about positioning of keys from pictures, but was pleasantly surprised to find plate with 2 hooks for keys supplied. Arrived on time, well packaged.”

Dear John, Thank you so much for taking the time to leave feedback and for the FIVE STAR review :) We have looked at your order. An email notification was sent with the delivery date (next working day) on 20 Mar 2015 14:37:23. (could this email have gone in your spam folder?). Your order was sent with our free standard carrier service we can upgrade to a timed delivery on most occasions at extra charge if requested. A text notification from the carrier is also offered if we are provided with a mobile number. There is always room for improvement and we will look at how we can do better with delivery notifications and times. Total Safes Team
