“Always professional in there work and attitude to their client. Use Spalding and Peterborough clinics in the past. Very accommodating it getting you seen for treatment in a timely manner . Would highly recommend their services.”

“Been seeing Matt for years whenever I have any issues. Always gets me back up and running - never just a quick hit on the point of pain but a full review of mechanics and root cause and follows up with recommended stretches an strengthening techniques. Good knowledge and friendly service”

“Been to see Matt now for nearly a year to help with torn calf muscle Fantastic knowledge and use of techniques to help resolve the issue and get me back to playing sport quickly ! Still continue to see monthly for check ups and to fix any issues which to say have all been successful! Definitely recommend worth seeing with any issue big or small he will resolve it !”

“Ben and all the staff at Total Health are so helpful especially when you are in need of immediate help. “I have been coming to see Matt for over a year now and I can’t rate him highly enough, to the point that several friends and family manners have also been to him off the back of our recommendation. Makes you feel totally at ease and deals with the problem at hand. He also never lets you leave with out giving some additional exercises to ease any continuous pain at home. Thanks for all your help Matt!!”

“I have been seeing Matt for a recent hamstring issue and prior to that with neck pain. My neck is so much better now that I am properly aligned and my hamstring is well on the mend with treatment and exercises. Matt is very knowledgeable and good at explaining what he is doing. I would highly recommend him, so much so that he is now seeing my partner for his lower back pain which has improved considerably in just one treatment, following years of back ache/pain!”
