“I was suffering with back and pelvic pain from Feb this year. In July I had had enough and booked a taster session with Matt. After a few sessions with Matt he had me 100% better. To say I was sceptical for a start is a understatement. I thought by going to total health it would help but not cure. I was wrong. I can’t speak highly enough of Matt and my experience of total health. It also helps that Matt’s a nice chap too.”

“Family have used total health Spalding clinic(Ben) since he opened .My self for a long term back problem i dont think i would be working or walking without his help and reassurance. Other family members for accident, sport and general aches and pains.including our teenagers who are now adults and understand the need of an osteopath and the help given. I couldnt be without the friendly service by everyone there. we as a family only have positives.”

“The approach taken by Stephen Pringle has made me confident about the treatment plan. Stephen is very open about the various treatments and has carefully explained not just what he is doing but also why. He is extremely personable and that combined with the open communication style and the benefits of the treatments so far have resulted in a significant improvement in my lifestyle.”

“I've visited Total Health in Peterborough and Huntingdon for several different back pain issues over the last four years. They have always identified and treated the cause of the problem, often in a seemingly unrelated area. The physiotherapists do what is needed and no more, once you are "fixed" they stop the treatments but advise on exercises/treatments you can do at home to stay well. I have no hesitation in recommending Total Health to anyone suffering back, neck or shoulder pains.”

“I have had really great treatment with Ben at Total Health Care, he is so positive that it immediately makes you feel better! However he is very informative about any problems you may have and the treatment he has given my knees and feet has helped me so much. Very grateful. Also attending the Pilates class has built on my recovery, it is an excellent class.”
