“Ended up needing a 2nd can, so tried competitor’s non-water based spray, but it wasn’t as good. Touch up Direct spray can delivered a better quality paint more evenly. (Competitor’s can sputtered & paint came out as if I hadn’t shaken it for 2 minutes.) However, that I needed a second can speaks to how well any such spray paint covers. Just don’t think you ever get professional results with a dyi can.”

“After a week after making my paint they finally sent my package, they said they forgot to send it. There apology was to refund half my shipping fee, which I felt was a pretty poor apology. The paint did come and matched well. Little different because my vehicle has faded over 9 years. Due to the shipping issue I would not order again.”

“I have not recieved my product so I can not review something I do not have. Please review your shipping charts and estimated arrival dates to allow customers to receive and use the product. This will facilitate an effective review.”

“The color is completely different than what I ordered. I have pictures if someone reaches out... Need it for my 2006 honda shadow spirit 750 titanium. It says that is the right color, but it's way off, even with a clear coat”

“Recently purchase some touchup paint - was told that I would receive the item within 5 to 7 days- It has been 9 days and still have not received the item. Sent an e-mail to TouchUpDirect and no reply. Would not order from you again! Terrible service.”
