“When I received the bottle half of it was spilled into the envelope. It was stuck to my receipt that was enclosed. I am going to have enough to do my touch ups but the lids need to be more secure when shipping .”

“Paint ordered was correct color, but did not have the gold metal flake in it that my truck has. Therefor, I was unable to use the paint. Tried the paint to see if it match, so I suppose I wasn’t able to return it.”

“I was at first impressed when I got it but the color was not identical, which I understand is hard to do and the clear coat when I added it 2 days later didn't look smooth, it looked clumped on the color even though the color was dry. works probably best on chips. I had a small stripe to fix.”

“It is a great product. I will recommend to people who might ask. I will continue to use this product as necessary in the future. Had to put a second coat on vehicle because first coat did not cover properly.”

“The color match was perfect but the clear coat was to thick and globby upon application. Dried to fast and required a lot of time sanding and polishing to smooth it out.”

“The touch up paint kit was great but the isopon scratch and stone chip filler did not come with any of the things I thought the package would include. It was a bit disappointing.”

“The paint matched perfectly. The problem was that two of the brushes were bent which made spreading the paint very difficult.”

“THE TOPCOAT TUBE WAS DRIED OUT AND WOULD NOT COVER THE TEST STRIP. TOUCH UP REPLACED THE TUBE, HOWEVER THE REPLACEMENT WAS DRIED OUT AS WELL.”

“Color match is perfect. Spray tip is terrible. Paint comes out random at best and very uneven regardless how you hold can leaving streaks in finish. No matter what distance or at what angle you spray part over spray is terrible due to poor spray tip pattern and how paint is pulled from can.”

“The three star rating is based only on the recent experience. It would have been 5 stars for certain if you would have been able to get the paint to match my original paint. Unfortunately, we together could not make it happen. Sam was outstanding in his efforts and gets 5 stars+. for his efforts. He did everything he could to try and achieve a match. He could see the problem with the mid coat throwing off the color, but we were not able to solve the problem and thus the 3 Star overall rating. Sam did offer a refund since we could not make the paint match, but I have not yet seen that credit on my account, but I will continue to look for it.”
