“They didn’t provide me with w tracking number, but by the time I asked when my order would ship they told me it was going to be delivered the next day, so all good. Will probably need to order more.”

“Purchased a pint of paint 6/29/18 with 2-7 day shipping. Got a shipping update from FedEx a day later sayin the label was created but they weren’t in possession of the order yet. 7 days later I had no further shipping updates, so I contacted TouchUpDirect. Turns out it never left their facility and would take another 7-8 days to get to me. Luckily, I was able to get a full refund though. Customer service was good, but that was about it.”

“I had ordered my product and it was shipped quite quickly. However, Fed Ex never delivered the package like they stated they had. I reached out and James made sure that a replacement order was shipped to me ASAP! No questions asked. I was really frustrated and he helped. I work in Customer Service and this is the kind of service I give my customers and very seldom I find places or people who give the same kind back! Thank you! AWESOME JOB!”

“The product I ordered was not available after I paid for overnight shipping. I finally got informed that you were canceling my order but I was only refunded the list price of the product and still ended up being out of pocket $30-$40. Find ANY alternative to this company.”
