“I received the touch up within 1 weeks time. However the product was poor. One tube was watery, and the other tube was dried up. I contacted touch up and received a replacement yesterday July 22nd. I have not tried replacement yet, I will do that today.”

“I was very pleased with the color match but was disappointed in the amount of paint received. I did not have enough to finish touching up stone chips on the hood of my car and I had a hard time getting it to adhere to the car. I finally got on the internet and they recommended using a paper match to dab it on. That procedure worked well. I was also disappointed in the amount of time it took to receive my order. I will probably go through my car dealer the next time I need touch up paint.”

“Initially recieved partial order billed for whole order. When notified, the co. Responded in a timely manner with the complete order as written. More than what could be expected.”

“got the jar platinum package, but the clear coat didn't go on smoothly. the brushes fell off both the primer and the clear coat, so I'm going to try the spray. I ordered the aerosol package and it took a little longer than expected to arrive. I contacted the company about the issue with the jars, and they said they would ship out replacements. I only received clear coat! I asked for a refund, but that didn't happen. Hopefully will never have to do business with this company again.”
