“Hard to find matching paint for older, classic, cars...specifically my 1990 Mazda RX7 convertible (Harbor Blue metallic...5D). The passenger side mirror was struck in a parking lot and the cowl was broken, so I replaced it, but could only find one that was red! Your paint worked perfectly and was a PERFECT match (see photos). It was actually a better match than a fender I had repainted at a local chain collision shop last year. I taped the mirror and mounting plate so they wouldn't get painted, then light sanded with 1500 grit wet paper, tack cloth wiped it, then wiped with a towel dampened with MEK. No primer, just put 5 coats of your paint on it (about an hour drying between each one) followed by 4 coats of clear coat (I already had some clear coat...so it wasn't your product...sorry!). Very pleased! Thanks! Note the photos...after painting on my bench, and after reinstalling on the car. The camera makes it look lighter than it really is. To my eye (which is all that's important!) it's perfect.”

“Used you’re product to paint a fender. Primer, color coat and clear coat went on poorly, inconsistent pressure in spray cans caused poor results. Paint didnt level well and seem old! I wasted my mone and time.”

“I ordered a set of touch-up pens to repair some small chips of paint on the rear bumper of my car when our garage door collided with it owing to a poor parking execution. Unfortunately, the pens would not deliver any liquid. I called TouchUpDirect and they have promised to replace the pens with bottles of the three fluids having brush delivery rather than pens. We will see how it goes when they arrive. The pleasant woman with whom I spoke resolved the issue promptly and I am awaiting the arrival of the replacements.”

“The people at TUD understand the old concepts of Customer Service and Customer Relations. More businesses should emulate the importance TUD places on the end user. I have had nothing but great help, communications, and delivery of TUD products. The aerosol primer, base colors and clear coat are a perfect match and are simple to use and easy to clean up. The clear buffs out as well as any paint gun applied clear. I will continue to trust TUD for my toys and collectables, and vehicles.”
