“Ordering process was simple and quick and most importantly, they had the correct color in several forms. This was the only place we could find that had the color in a spray and not just a scratch pen! Cannot wait to receive the product and get my spot fixed!”

“I really liked the concept of the product. I ordered some paint with the clear coat. The clear coat applicator was working fine. The paint applicator was not working. The paint was dry and I had to flip the head back in the opposite direction to get the paint out. As a result, it did not cover and I had a mess. I would not recommend the product if you get a dried out paint container.”

“Horrible. They sent the wrong paint. I ordered a BMW jet black and got a MATTE BLACK. Had to redo the car with paint from another company. Please, beware!”

“I was surprised to learn that I may need Clearcoat for after touchup and Primer if the scratch is deep enough to expose the metal. I only learned this information from the TouchUpDirect website. So glad I came upon this company and the complete touchup kit I need to repair the paint on my truck.”
