“My small order was misdirected/undelivered by the USPS I contacted Customer Service. They immediately resent another parcel -- no questions asked. That, folks, is what "customer service" is all about!”

“I received my order and there was and the incorrect color was sent to me. Emailed via the website, had a response within a couple of hours from James and a replacement was sent that day. Mistakes happen and its how you respond to them - these guys were great”

“The product was really good quality and easy to use. I’ll be ordering more paint spray because I’m a newbie at this but considering the quality of the product I don’t mind at all. The vehicle is 20 years old so the fact that I can find a spray in the exact color is pretty impressive. I was also very pleased with the customer service. I initially ordered the wrong color and they showed me where to look for the exact color match then sent the right color instead! Very customer service oriented company. Will order again.”

“Took me 2 years and COVID boredom to buck up the courage to address minor liveable defacement. Four focused, point-of-process ,,articulate tech TCs With an email with Sam And I have a beautiful restoration. Sam was so quick to comprehend my stumped points that her total time spent with me including e-mail was not much. Very efficient help. Am now an unofficial ambassador for Touchupdirect. Commercial auto body repair shop estimate: $2400.00. Total actual cost: $100.00. Not bad, huh?! Sam was v encouraging. “You can do this”. With 25 ys my calling tech supports, this is the way it should always go and yet rarely does. Thanks so much.”
