“When I had a problem with paint crinkle, they explained what caused it and how to avoid it next time. They even compensated me with more paint to complete the project. I wasn't expecting that. Kudos to them for understanding and giving me a break. Highly recommended.”

“I ordered the touch up paint to repair a few scratches on my car and after applying the paint to the test card I noticed the color was slightly off. I contacted TouchUpDirect regarding this issue and they contacted me immediately to help resolve the issue. James from TouchUpDirect reviewed the pictures I sent him and developed a variant that will hopefully get the color to match a little closer. I am very impressed with the customer service at TouchUpDirect and James in particular was great to work with. I look forward to testing the new color and will follow up with pictures. Regards.”
