“I thought I ordered the wrong color so I cancelled my first order and placed a second order. I sent an email to TouchUpDirect to let them know. Immediately after, I realized i was right the first time, so I cancelled the second order and emailed TouchUpDirect a second time to let them know to NOT cancel the first order. Even through all of that, they responded positively and quickly to let me know, "no worries" and that the original order would be shipped. They were great to work....especially when you consider my screw ups on the order.”

“Touchupdirect's customer service was excellent for me. I had been sent the wrong paint, although it was invoiced as the correct paint. Customer service immediately took care of the problem and had the correct pain out that same day.”

“I requested some paint from this shop but accidentally ordered the wrong pigment. I was worried they weren't going to take the order back so I emailed if I could get a refund. James emailed me back saying they would give me the right colour and I could just toss the one I had out. Amazing! I thought I had to pay for a different paint all over again! Unfortunately I wasn't able to get the right colour code but James was kind enough to issue me a refund... In the end I didn't get what I wanted but I was served kindly and fairly. I recommend anyone who needs touchup paint to these guys! Great customer service!”

“I just got finished painting the bedside of my truck and I have to say your product is absolutely amazing! I've never painted with such a great product. “The process was fairly easy the hardest part was figuring out what color to choose. The sticker on the vehicle had the color # with a slash and another set of numbers. I took a chance and used the first set of letters to choose the color. Other than that the ordering was easy.”
