Happy to have found TouchUpDirect. Much easier than dealing with Mercedes services. Looking forward to using your product and expecting a great match to the original paint. Just two small scratches from the garage door hinges on the bumper.

Great customer services! I often order paint from TUD and have never had an issues with the color - matches perfectly!!! My last order, I ordered the wrong paint and James was quick to answer my request solve my problem by sending me the right paint at no cost! Thanks for the Great Services!

Payed extra for faster shipping it's almost a week still no product. Don't waste your money on the extra shipping costs it's not worth it I should have gone to the dealership and picked up my factory tuch up paint from them

Still waiting for the product to arrive, as I just ordered it yesterday, but the process was very easy. Simply pick the car and the year, and the factory colors come right up for you to select the proper color. Takes the guess work out of the process. You get the exact factory color.

I was accidentally sent wrong color, and I emailed them and was quickly responded to. I sent requested pictures and they have been great in fixing the problem! Can’t wait to get the color and touch up the needed places! Thank you

Funny that I am writing a poor review when it should have be 5star. I like the way the company presents itself, at least initially. Buy a kit and it comes with a guaranty that if something goes wrong they will send out a full second order at no cost. Turns out my paint work did t come out right as am expected and I needed mite paint. Contacted the complain to take advantage of their offer s d was told I have to wait 30 days before I can request a replacement. So now I have a two year old car that looks Lisette following the guides I was provided but I have to wait 40 days to attempt to correct it. Already starting to find other companies that offer the sane products for less. Perhaps they are more credible.

Hi Andrew I saw your ticket and the request came in asking to use your TUDcare, there was no mention that there was a color match issue. We handle these two situations very differently, in order for you to get a full replacement for free you need to wait for the policy to kick in. I am very sure no other company will send you paint for free just because you need it so please work with us as we try to help you. The color I ordered was not the right shade. Customer Service was extremely helpful in helping me get the right color sent to me.

Very disappointed. MISLEADING ADVERITEMENT. I signed up to be a member and I get coupon code for 10% off first order. Nice incentive. I go to place an order and see their on-line offer for "double your purchase and get 50% off the second item". Even free delivery. Nice. 10% coupon code wont work on website when I enter information for my (double) order. I write to customer service and get a quick reply. Nice. They send a different code: That one doesnt work either! We have a few back and forth emails until they finally tell me that I can't use both discounts!!! No "* "in either offer stating only one coupon per purchase. Company responds that they are aware of that issue and need to fix the error. Meanwhile they refuse to give me the 10% discount off my first order, even though they admit it is advertised incorrectly. For a lousy $9, they should have given me the discount as it's stated on the website. No longer a customer. Misleading or blatantly false advertising, if they admit it's misleading.

Unfortunately we can't give you two discounts :( I am not sure of companies that do besides supermarkets. We are offering 50% (for certain colors) and free shipping for all orders. If you didn't get that second item you can still get your 10% and the free shipping. Take care Alan!
