“Had a problem because I ordered the wrong color. Then I couldn't find the correct color by code on the site. Contacted Sam in customer service who followed up with me, sending a replacement at no expense to me! I'd highly recommend this company on their customer service alone!”

“Two of the pens unfortunately leaked in the packaging and got stuck, so I reached out to see if I could exchange. I expected to send the damaged ones back but I received a prompt reply letting me know they would replace the damaged pens. Very happy, thank you❤️”
