“I just wanted to tell how my experience was with this company. I ordered a full kit which was paint primer and clear coat when received I noticed that the clear was another brand . They also sent 30% discount due to their claer being back ordered. I called with Concern as I know some paint manufacturers do not lay well with others so I contacted them and they Amediately understood and sent me a replacement of their brand free of charge. Moving forward ahead with my project I painted my parts per instructions paint was very very close but not a 100% contacted James Met all of their needs as far as asking for color pictures color card and finished products Upon inspection of pictures they seen the difference and a greed to send me a replacement I could not be any happier with the customer service I've received I would definitely recommend them to anybody looking for a good paint supplier”

“I needed to return unopened products since they were no longer needed and customer service was very helpful in allowing me to do that. 5+ And did not charge a processing fee. very kind of them”

“I had an interesting story that involved a car being totaled before I could even us my touchup kit. I communicated that I now had a new car, and the response was unbelievable. “I followed the website instructions to get to the Glacier Blue paint for my 2007 Honda C-RV. Unfortunately, the color is visibly darker than my actual color. I bought the package that includes primer, paint, and clearcoat. The results are not as expected. I tried so hard to blend the edges because of the color, that primer started to show through. Waste of my money. Hope it works better for someone else.”

“Excellent customer service. Unfortunately, the color is slightly off. I don't know if it is really a problem with TouchUpDirect. This is a Lexus (Atomic Silver) color that must be very difficult to match. But, the color was close enough, but not exact and you can see the difference at certain angles.”
