“After not receiving my order cause fedex delivered it to the wrong place I’m guessing since they said they delivered it and left in at front door and it was never there I contact touch up direct and the took care of the problem right away so there customer service was right on point thank you”

“Thank you for sending the extra bottle of primer after my other one leaked all the fluid out during shipping. It arrived the other day and today I started using it on my car. Your service has been outstanding and so far it seems like the product will be good also.”

“Please talk to representative James for the summary of our discussions. Overall good product; however, please provide additional guidance on dry times, probably humidity based needs longer times for clearcoat. Initial application iaw instructions good, however, clearcoat dried with silver sheen. Overcoated with color coat and clearcoat, 1 each, 3 sprays, did well. When used with tape, leaves a ridge; James recommended wet sanding and buffing to smooth in edges; haven't tried to date, touch up is good enough!”

“I ordered clear coat, primer, and my color coat. When it came I sanded down my tailgate to bare metal and began priming it. When I went to test my color it came out as red when I ordered driftwood satin. I called them 4 times and never got through. I’m disappointed and hoping to be able to get my correct color soon.”
