“I was surprised that my order was fulfilled within a day and shipped within two. The package arrived and the color matches perfectly. I've not done the repair yet, but the speed of handling my order, and the customer service when I called was over-the-top excellent. This seems like a well-run company. If I every have a need again, I will know where to come. I assure you I will also tell others about my great experience.”

“Emailed for help or advice regarding the applicator tip. It was very hard and each time I tried to apply an additional coat, it would remove the previous layer. Never received an answer from my email. The website brags about excellent customer service, but I haven't seen it.”

“Until I receive the product I cannot give a full review but the purchase experience on the website was excellent. I was surprised to see it has to be paid through Amazon and almost cancelled at that points so I would have appreciated that information upfront.”

“Got my order today ..my 2011 harley Davidson is chrome yellow...I received pens marked chrome yellow but paint is yellow and don't match,,,pen tips are not soft...buy the bottles instead..”
