“I contacted touch up direct about a problem I was having with the paint. Or basically what was I doing wrong with the paint. James answered back quickly and have great advice. I followed his recommendations and the project was a success. Great people and great products.”

“I was initially very frustrated because my paint was delivered the first time to the wrong town and the second time not at all due to wrong address. However, I suspect that was Fed Ex and not TouchUp direct’s mistake. Most importantly, through the delivery debacle James from TouchUp direct worked patiently (even when I was far from such) and closely with me, was always respectful, and most importantly...got the paint delivered! I was impressed with his professionalism and diligence; he represented his company brilliantly.”

“The first paint did not match the color exactly, but James helped me out through the process with extreme patience and assisted me until the technicians could make a correct colored batch for my vehicle. This was perhaps one of the best customer support I have ever received.”

“I contacted touch-up direct because of a problem I was experiencing with my project. James jumped right in it. Gave me great advice,stayed in touch with me on the problem until it was complete. It wasn't about the quality of the paint it was my application of it. I will use them for all my painting needs and for any advice to help me with my projects. “Easy to find what I needed. Plenty of options from pens for small stuff to brush on to spray on. The “add on” option of clear coat and prep/ finish is great if you don’t realize you might need it. Everything you could need for a project available in one easy place.”
